As a Colorado native, and the founder of Uptown Realty Group, Maria Gallucci is recognized as one of the top producing Realtors for her premier boutique firm and in the industry at large. She brings to the table over 25 years of experience in the Real Estate and Home Finance industry.
Maria has been recognized for her achievements in real estate by several organizations. She has received the 5280 Five Star Professional Award for 3 consecutive years, the Denver Metro Realtor Association Excellence Award and the South Metro Realtor Association Diamond Circle Club Award. She was also featured in “Realtor”, “Real Producers” and “303″ magazines.
In addition to her outstanding Real Estate background, Maria was raised by deaf parents and is fluent in American Sign Language. She is the “go-to” realtor to the deaf and hard of hearing communities that are so dear to her heart.

Kelly comes from a family background of Real Estate, which has served to fuel her passion and interest in the industry for over 15 years. She has a broad spectrum of knowledge and experience working with buyers, sellers & investors. Kelly is originally from Chicago and has been a resident of both Denver and Vail for over 13 years. She holds a BA from the University of Dayton and began her career in Real Estate immediately after graduation. Enthusiasm for Denver and its surrounding mountains, her tireless work ethic and network of local resources combine to make her an excellent choice for your Real Estate needs. Kelly lives in Littleton with her husband, 1 ½ year old son and their 3 dogs.
Teresa has been involved in different areas of Colorado’s real estate during the past 8 years. She is very active in neighborhood organizations and likes to be on top of all the new development trends and follow projects that benefit families and increase property value.
Teresa is very detail oriented. She always goes the extra mile, continuously striving to provide the best possible experience to her clients. She has extensive knowledge of Denver neighborhoods, particularly Downtown, Uptown, Capitol Hill and Rino areas. She has also lived in Summit County and has experience with mountain properties, especially in Breckenridge and Blue River.

David J. Deutsch
David J. Deutsch, a native of Denver (Washington Park Neighborhood) is a residential Realtor with Uptown Realty Group, a company of agents who thrive by building life long professional relationships with their clients. David brings a wealth of knowledge to his real estate practice, having spent his first post graduate school year in corporate real estate analysis with the national chain, United Artists Movie Theatres, and 8 subsequent years in mortgage lending and real estate both with investors and buyers.
This experience has helped greatly in building David’s real estate practice; his clients always receive a well rounded and thorough understanding of the process of selling or buying a home, from loan application to closing. David knows that the way that his clients feel when stepping into and considering a property is just as important as crunching the numbers; purchasing a home is certainly both an emotional and financial investment.

I am a Denver transplant from Alabama since 1999 and have over 17 years of broad based experience in real estate and financial services industries. I have direct experience with many critical aspects of complex industries. Currently I am a real estate agent, but was also a financial consultant, trader, relationship manager, operations principal and chief compliance officer. I have an excellent learning agility for business cultures and can quickly adapt between roles and levels to ensure successes that advance business goals and increase revenue. There is nothing more that annoys me than a bad broker who costs their clients time, money and mental well being. Crossing all the t’s and dotting all the i’s is just as important as negotiating the deal.
My family dynamic consists of a great husband for 8+ years and two awesome children age 5 and 8. Also, I sit on the Board of Trustees for the Rocky Mountain Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (I am a survivor of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma) and I love Alabama Football and the Denver Broncos! Roll Tide Roll and Go Broncos!!!
Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, Ashley made the move out West after graduating from Michigan State University for a position with Vail Resorts. She grew up vacationing in Colorado going on ski trips with her family, which is when her love of the mountains began. Quickly after moving, she met her husband who was born and raised in Vail, and she decided to call the beautiful Vail Valley home. She spent the last 4 years gaining experience in real estate working for a new home builder, selling throughout the Denver Metro area and the front range. Now, she is thrilled to be back up in the mountains and is ready to put her knowledge of the Vail Valley to work! Ashley is dedicated and passionate about assisting each one of her clients through the process of buying or selling a home. Toby is a fifth generation Denver native and has been in the real estate industry since 2003. Toby began his real estate career on the mortgage side of the business. Real estate for me was something I observed from a distance since childhood. Watching my uncle work through some of the grit of flipping a house is where that started. He then went on on to develop and own several residential and commercial properties…on the side. Another uncle sold for a developer and he pointed me towards the Urban Land Institute. With all the ULI has to offer I was gaining professional caliber, industry-specific information. My interests were taken a step further when I went to work for a finish carpenter and a house flipper. That escalated into my unrelenting pursuit of finding a property I could renovate from wall-to-wall.
I found the perfect house and went to work. My childhood best friend was an enormous help and I could not have finished out some of the more dramatic features without him. We gutted the property and redesigned the inside to include features like vaulted ceilings, an exposed cedar beam and a livable loft space above the kitchen.
Once listed, the property went under contract in two days and closed as scheduled. It was then I knew I wanted to take real estate to the next level by getting my real estate license and use my experience in wall-to-wall residential construction to represent my clients for a WIN-WIN situation. We have flipped several more homes while improving on things every single time!
